Lauren Smith
Lauren is a native to the Eugene area. Growing up with a love of music and technology, Audio Engineering seemed like the most logical career choice. She has interned at Sprout City for over a year now.
Lauren's musical passions lie with analog modular synthesis, and is planning on building one from scratch this year. She considers herself more "mad scientist" than musician. She's always looking for new sounds and enjoys doing things the "wrong way" to achieve interesting results.
Favorite music includes Nine Inch Nails, David Bowie, The Cure, and Clint Mansell.
