Melissa Stark
Originally from Sacramento, California, Mel Stark moved up to Eugene in 2001 for her masters degree program in Intermedia Music Technology at the University of Oregon. Mel has been in the music technology field for 15 years with the last ten in field recording and audio engineering.
In addition to freelancing as a recording engineer, Mel has taught over the last seven years the Audio Engineering Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels at Lane Community College. She also does private tutoring in studio setup, Pro Tools, mixing and editing. Mel’s rates are competitive and flexible to work within almost any budget.
