Recording

In the Studio

To attain great sound (in any variety) requires quality equipment, knowledgeable workmanship, and attention to detail. SCS has a great compliment of mics, pre's, outboard/plug-in processing, and a knowledgeable crew. With 3 halls, one vocal iso-booth, and a large main room for recording, we can accommodate just about everyone, and definitely ANY TYPE of music. We have recorded groups containing up to 12 members in this space.

Recording should be fun and creative, just like writing the songs, or designing the project itself! Just about everyone who works through SCS become good friends, and will be treated as such. We promise a great atmosphere to help "guide the vibe" because lets face it, if you don't have fun... we don't have fun!!!

We love what we do! That feeling will hopefully infect everything we touch.

Located in central Eugene, it makes for an easy trip!

The control room is designed for a comfortable atmosphere, sonic accuracy, and with the help of Acoustic Sciences baffling - it sounds great!

Mobile Recording

SCS has live concert 24-48 track HD, and straight to CD recording capabilities. We will travel ANYWHERE with our rig!!!

We can set up a package to fit any need. Please call or email us with your query. Please include venue, date, budget, & input list.

Vinyl / Tape Transfer

SCS does digital transfers from just about every tape format and vinyl record.

For a flat digital transfer:

• From vinyl to CD - $25/record (no noise removal)
• For well maintained tapes, a flat digital transfer to CD - $25/60-90 min tape (no noise removal)
• For well maintained tapes, a flat digital transfer to DAW Multi-Track - $40/30-60 min tape
• For re-mastering and noise removal, our hourly rate applies.

Voice Over

SCS has recorded thousands of hours of Voice Over/ADR for Film, TV, Radio, Multimedia presentations, and Computer Aided Learning. We can refer voice talent for any project.

Location sound

SCS has experienced operators, mixers, boom mics, wireless, and wired lav's for your next project. Rates vary depending on location/stage, gear package, and days of shooting. Please contact us below for answers and availability.
