“I am and have always been amazed at the concept of “sound” and the potential to transfer something so esoteric and formless into physical, tangible media. There has always been a consistent theme in what humans yearn to achieve in art… a way to share thoughts, ideas and emotions with others. Music is definitely the most potent form of this endeavor. Every day that I am involved in recording someone’s art, I marvel at the experience.

Every recording should be an original and creative endeavor. I have worked with many studios that have “methods” of doing things and have a difficult time adapting to an artists needs. I am willing to change techniques or adjust anything in this studio to accommodate your needs and listen to your ideas.

I view myself as a collaborative artist. It is my goal to make your recording process as exciting and expressive as playing the music itself. I have had the pleasure of recording, mixing, or mastering over 900 albums since opening our doors in 1997.

I have had the great pleasure of working with some INSANELY talented local, regional, and national musicians including Frank Black / Black Francis of Pixies/ Grand Duchy, Blues realist Keb’ Mo’, Zimbabwean legend Thomas Mapfumo, and so many more people you really should hear! EUGENE HAS AN AMAZING AMOUNT OF TALENT FOR ITS SIZE.”
